During my 30-year career as a professional chef I have worked with many different food cultures .  These have inspired my way of cooking, and given me a broad range of tasty, low-cost recipes that I can share with you.

My zero waste cookery demonstrations give people the chance to see how they too can make delicious food AND save money.  All demonstrations finish with a lunch, which is a great way of bringing people together round a table.  I am French, after all!
